Angajatorii din sectorul privat de sănătate au scos în piață peste 8.200 de posturi de la începutul anului

This year, over 8,200 jobs were posted in the private medical sector in Romania, marking a 15% decrease from last year. The sector ranks 12th among active employers domestically but is 5th for foreign recruitment, highlighting the growing interest in Romanian medical professionals abroad. The most sought-after positions include general nurses and various medical specialists, with significant offers from countries like Germany and France. Despite the high number of applications in the medical field, interest in foreign jobs remains low. The private sector continues to compete with the public health system, which is facing a personnel crisis, prompting the government to approve new positions. Currently, there are 15,000 jobs available on eJobs.ro, with over 1,000 in the medical field.
