Angajații români se simt mai nesiguri la serviciu. De ce implicarea în muncă nu înseamnă întotdeauna și mulțumire
A study reveals that nearly one-third of employees feel job security has worsened, while over half notice a decline in colleagues' morale. Despite this, Romania's employee engagement remains above the European average, although it has decreased. Consultant Rareș Manolescu suggests that sustained effort may stem from fear of job loss rather than genuine satisfaction. The MKOR study indicates a rise in perceived job insecurity and increased workloads, with 51% reporting lower morale among peers. Manolescu emphasizes the need for clear communication and responsibilities to combat uncertainty and prevent fear from dominating the workplace.
