Angajații români muncesc în continuare, dar cu un moral tot mai scăzut
Employee engagement does not always equate to healthy motivation, especially amid fears of layoffs and organizational changes. While employees may deliver results to secure their jobs, this effort often shifts from development to self-preservation. This dynamic can lead to burnout and decreased morale, despite high engagement rates in Romania. Studies reveal a contradiction where employee involvement is high, yet job security perceptions are low. Employers must recognize that visible effort does not guarantee employee satisfaction or well-being. A healthy organizational culture requires clarity, autonomy, and open communication to foster genuine motivation rather than pressure-driven performance.
