Angajaţii din sectorul energetic protestează, joi, în Bucureşti, Constanţa şi Iaşi

Energy workers in Bucharest, Iasi, and Constanta have initiated protests demanding salary increases and the right to collective bargaining. The protests follow general assemblies held by FNER-affiliated unions and multiple requests to the government. In Bucharest, at least 500 employees are expected to gather outside the Ministry of Energy. Workers express concerns over rising salary expenses, limited negotiation opportunities, and decreasing purchasing power. FNER emphasizes that their demands aim to maintain salary rights and protect purchasing power, not to gain privileges. Protests in Iasi and Constanta are also planned, with solidarity from unions in Botosani and Bacau. The scale of future actions will depend on the government's response.
