Angajații ANAF vor primi, din 2027, bonusuri de performanță diferenţiate pe trei niveluri

Starting in 2027, ANAF employees will receive performance bonuses based on a new evaluation system. The government has approved a methodology for establishing key performance indicators for ANAF's organizational structures. This mechanism aligns with Romania's commitments under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, specifically aimed at enhancing ANAF through digitalization. Bonuses will be awarded based on individual contributions and the achievement of performance indicators, including revenue generation and risk management. Financial rewards will be tiered across three levels, reflecting the complexity of tasks and professional competence.
