Performance indicators will be set annually, and bonuses will depend on both individual and structural results. The methodology aims to avoid abusive practices and ensure that bonuses reflect actual contributions to budget revenues. Employees must meet specific conditions to qualify for bonuses, which will be paid once a year after evaluations.
