Angajata unui hotel de lux a fost despăgubită cu 230.000 de euro pentru că a fost pusă să lucreze într-o debara
A hotel employee with ADHD was awarded over €230,000 after a tribunal found her employer set her up for failure. Roberta Ghiotto, who worked at Hawkwell House, faced discrimination and lacked reasonable workplace accommodations. Despite informing her employer about her ADHD, she was assigned complex payroll tasks without proper training. The tribunal concluded that the employer's actions were discriminatory, as they failed to provide necessary support and instead isolated her in a room without windows. Ghiotto described her dismissal as devastating, leading to severe depression and feelings of betrayal.
