Mobile services were the most affected, with over 900 incidents reported. The main causes were power supply issues and damage from third-party activities. The average resolution time for incidents was about 11 hours, and the average number of users affected per incident dropped to 15,344. Overall, the total number of users impacted decreased from over 18 million in 2024 to approximately 14.4 million in 2025.
