Ancheta ROBOR. UniCredit a primit decizia Consiliului Concurenței și anunță că va folosi "toate căile legale" împotriva sancțiunii

UniCredit Bank has received the decision from the Competition Council regarding an investigation into a possible collusion among banks in setting the ROBOR rate. The bank plans to use all legal means to defend its position. This investigation, initiated in October 2022, involved ten banks and resulted in fines totaling 3.73 billion lei. UniCredit asserts its compliance with legal requirements and intends to challenge the decision in court. Other banks, including Banca Transilvania, have also confirmed their intention to appeal against the sanctions imposed by the Competition Council.
