Ancheta penala dupa scufundarea navei Progress IV

An investigation has been initiated by prosecutors in Constanța following the sinking of the Progress IV in the Black Sea. The incident occurred on August 27, with the Coast Guard rescuing 12 crew members. The inquiry focuses on pollution, destruction of the vessel, and the operation of a drone carrying explosives. Minister Radu Miruță claims the ship was struck by a drone. Prosecutors are examining the circumstances surrounding the incident, which includes multiple charges of bodily harm.
