ANAP cere în instanță anularea unor acorduri-cadru încheiate de Spitalul Județean din Baia Mare

The National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP) has requested the Maramureș Tribunal to declare the nullity of framework agreements made by the Baia Mare Emergency County Hospital due to unresolved irregularities in a public procurement procedure. ANAP found that the hospital completed the procurement process without addressing previous violations identified during an ex-ante control. The agency also informed the Romanian Court of Accounts about these irregularities. If the court decides to maintain the contracts, ANAP has requested alternative sanctions, including limiting contract duration or imposing fines. The agency emphasizes the importance of compliance with procurement regulations to ensure public funds are spent correctly.
