Ananda Group primește 4,4 milioane de euro de la tbi bank

TBI Bank has granted a new financing of 4.4 million euros to Ananda Residence Biruinței 9, part of Ananda Group, with a maturity of 24 months. This financing adds to the existing exposure of 4.5 million euros. Since their collaboration began in 2023, TBI Bank has provided 24 financing facilities totaling 53.4 million euros for 20 real estate projects, with 41.8 million euros already repaid. Ananda Group has delivered over 30 projects and reported a cumulative turnover of around 200 million euros since 2018. Their projects include 81 Residence and Ananda Residence Biruinței 9, with the latter's first apartments completed. TBI Bank emphasizes the importance of developer experience and financial discipline in the current residential market.
