This phase includes 267 apartments across four buildings, with a focus on energy efficiency and functional space organization. The next goal is to reach the second floor by the end of 2026, with ongoing work on the structure and installations. The project emphasizes separate kitchens and multifunctional furniture to enhance living comfort.
