Analiză: Tranzacțiile imobiliare din România au scăzut cu aproape 18% în primele nouă luni din 2026
In the first nine months of 2026, property sales in Romania decreased by 17.8% to 381,094 compared to 463,592 in the same period of 2025. The decline was primarily concentrated in the third quarter, influenced by a blockage in the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity's system. The first quarter saw a 12% drop, while the second quarter remained stable compared to the previous year. The analysis highlights that the third quarter's decline cannot solely be attributed to market conditions or the system blockage, as it was affected by an unusually high comparison base from 2025. Regional differences were noted, with Sibiu experiencing a 5.7% increase while Brașov saw a 33% decrease. The outlook for the fourth quarter remains uncertain, depending on whether the summer decline was temporary or indicative of a trend change.
