ANAF verifică firmele care au cumpărat bunuri de lux sau au amenajat spații de agrement fără justificare economică

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration will conduct targeted checks on companies that purchased luxury goods and developed leisure facilities. These checks aim to identify purchases unrelated to the company's economic activity, with a focus on whether such assets are used for taxable income or personal purposes by associates or administrators. The inspections will also scrutinize the legitimacy of expenses related to these assets, particularly those located at the residences of company leaders. Companies engaged in legitimate investment activities may still deduct related expenses legally. Taxpayers can voluntarily correct any unjustified deductions before inspections begin.
