ANAF trece la capitalism: bonusurile se câștigă, neperformanța se plătește
The Romanian government has approved a new performance evaluation methodology for ANAF employees, effective January 1, 2027, linking rewards and penalties to measurable results. Performance will be assessed using key performance indicators (KPIs) that focus on quality and impact rather than quantity. Employees rated as 'satisfactory' will face a 10% salary reduction, while bonuses will depend on individual and structural performance. Maximum bonuses range from one to three base salaries based on the type of activity. The reform aims to shift ANAF's evaluation from activity volume to the quality of controls and risk identification.
