ANAF și Vama stabilesc limite pentru țigările și alcoolul aduse din UE

The Romanian Customs Authority and the National Agency for Fiscal Administration have issued a joint order defining the occasional transport of excise goods by individuals for personal use. Individuals can only transport specified quantities of tobacco and alcohol every 40 days or annually, respectively. The new regulations aim to ensure coherent application of the law and prevent economic activities disguised as personal transport. An electronic register will track these transactions to enhance tax compliance and protect local economic interests. Violations will incur fines and confiscation of goods.
