ANAF schimbă regulile pentru rambursarea TVA. De ce firmele se tem că vor primi mai greu banii înapoi - StartupCafe

The Romanian tax authority, ANAF, is proposing changes to VAT refund procedures that may lead to increased inspections for companies seeking refunds. Business organizations warn that new risk criteria could adversely affect newly established firms and SMEs working with high-risk suppliers. The proposed changes include 14 new risk situations that could trigger pre-refund inspections, potentially delaying access to funds. Critics argue that these measures unfairly penalize compliant businesses and could hinder their financial stability. FICSIMM, a business federation, has raised concerns about the compatibility of some criteria with EU law and is calling for clearer thresholds and better communication from ANAF.
