ANAF schimbă regulile pentru credite: Firmele și persoanele cu cont în SPV nu mai pot semna acordul la bancă • Știri Brașov Biz Brasov

ANAF is changing the rules for credit approvals, requiring clients to give consent electronically via the Private Virtual Space (SPV) instead of at the bank. This new regulation aims to reduce fraud risks and streamline the process. Companies must now provide consent exclusively through SPV, while individuals with an active SPV account will also need to comply electronically. Those without an SPV account can still sign agreements in person or electronically at their bank. The agreement is valid for only five working days. Additionally, banks will gain access to specific tax declarations for companies to better assess credit risk.
