The project, currently under public debate, focuses on pension and health contributions without introducing new taxes. Individuals will be notified and given 20 days to submit their tax declaration. Failure to comply may result in penalties and automatic assessments by ANAF. The initiative aims to utilize existing data to ensure compliance and streamline the tax process.
