ANAF: Peste 905.000 de lei achitați la buget după un control la un salon de estetică din București

The General Directorate for Fiscal Anti-Fraud discovered tax irregularities at a beauty salon in Bucharest, leading to a payment of over 905,000 lei by the administrator. The audit revealed that cash deposits were misrepresented as loans, and personal expenses were incorrectly recorded as deductible business expenses. Additionally, the salon improperly deducted VAT on leased vehicles used for personal purposes. Following the findings, the administrator paid the total amount owed and benefited from a non-punishment clause under tax evasion laws, preventing criminal prosecution. ANAF will continue monitoring high-risk taxpayers.
