The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) offers two free applications to help taxpayers verify their D406 SAF-T declarations, reducing compliance risks. These tools allow easier comparison of SAF-T data with VAT returns before submission, helping identify and correct errors in advance. The applications aim to enhance voluntary compliance and simplify interactions with the tax administration, with testing scheduled from September to November 2026.
