This measure targets taxpayers who failed to file the Unique Declaration or have discrepancies identified in their submissions. Taxpayers are encouraged to check notifications received and clarify their tax situation if needed. ANAF is preparing a campaign to issue similar decisions for undeclared income from 2021 to 2024, particularly focusing on foreign income identified through data from EU tax authorities.
