ANAF ia la verificat piața mașinilor second-hand. 35 de firme, cu autoturisme de peste 38 de milioane de euro, vizate în prima etapă

The ANAF's General Directorate for Fiscal Antifraud has initiated a nationwide verification of the second-hand car market, targeting 35 companies with a stock valued over 38 million euros. This operation, named "ATOM," aims to ensure that the economic activities of these firms are accurately reflected in their financial records. Inspectors will check the physical presence of cars against documented records, investigate the origin and commercial circuit of the vehicles, and assess compliance with VAT regulations. The selection of firms was based on specific risk indicators related to their declared activities and financial transactions. Any identified tax violations will be documented and addressed accordingly, with results to be reported later.
