ANAF declanșează „Acțiunea ATOM” pe piața mașinilor second-hand

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) has launched "Action ATOM" to investigate second-hand car dealerships in Romania. Initially, 35 companies with a stock valued over 38 million euros were selected based on risk analysis. Inspectors will verify if the actual operations align with fiscal documents, including the physical presence of cars and their commercial history. The focus includes compliance with VAT regulations and discrepancies in reported prices. The operation aims to trace each vehicle's journey from purchase to sale, ensuring fair competition and tax compliance. Any identified violations will be documented and addressed accordingly.
