This reform aims to enhance state revenue without introducing new taxes. The system will analyze data from e-Factura, SAF-T, cash registers, and tax declarations to determine risk profiles for audits. Additionally, it will replace the current control register with a digital solution to streamline taxpayer interactions and avoid repetitive audits. The ongoing negotiations may lead to changes in the proposed governance program.
