ANAF anunță verificări la companiile care au cumpărat bunuri de lux fără justificare economică

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) will conduct targeted checks on companies that purchased luxury goods or made leisure-related constructions without clear economic justification. The focus will be on whether these assets are genuinely used for business activities or for personal purposes by associates and administrators. ANAF will scrutinize expenditures related to these assets, including depreciation and maintenance costs, and will assess the tax treatment of benefits provided to individuals using company assets for personal use. Companies can voluntarily correct their tax declarations before inspections begin, potentially reducing future liabilities.
