ANAF anunță controale la firmele care au cumpărat bunuri de lux sau au amenajat spații de agrement fără motiv economic

The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) is initiating targeted audits on companies that purchased luxury goods or made leisure investments without economic justification. The selection of firms for inspection will be based on tax declarations. Inspectors will assess whether luxury items are used for taxable income generation or personal use by associates or administrators. ANAF emphasizes that expenses related to leisure constructions at associates' residences cannot be deducted if they do not serve the company's economic activity. Companies engaged in legitimate investment activities may deduct related expenses legally. Taxpayers can voluntarily correct any unjustified deductions before audits begin.
