VAT collections also rose by 25.9%, reaching 64.8 billion lei. Nazare emphasized the importance of responsible public spending and the need for continued fiscal performance. He mentioned an upcoming evaluation by S&P and the importance of maintaining financial stability in Romania. Additionally, bonuses for efficient ANAF employees will continue under the new salary law.
