Profits surged even more, exceeding 180 million lei, despite a slight decrease in total employees. This indicates a rapidly transforming construction market where companies are generating higher revenues and profits with smaller teams. The leading firms, Conest, Daroconstruct, and Build Corp, accounted for over half of the total revenue. Some companies doubled or tripled their business, while others achieved record profits without expanding their workforce. 2025 marked the beginning of a new development phase for several firms, with significant transactions and expansion plans expected in 2026.
