Amnesty denunţă "crime de război" în Mali, după execuţia unor soldaţi "în afara luptei"

Amnesty International has called for an investigation into war crimes following the execution of Malian soldiers after an ambush. The attack on July 18 resulted in at least 50 military deaths. Video evidence shows soldiers surrendering and being mistreated before execution. Amnesty urges Malian authorities to conduct an independent inquiry into these acts committed by FLA and JNIM. The UN has also requested an investigation into torture and killings related to this incident. Mali has faced ongoing security crises since 2012, exacerbated by jihadist violence and separatist movements.
