Americanii vor parteneriat cu Nuclearelectrica pentru minereurile din Groenlanda

American company Critical Metals proposes a joint venture with Nuclearelectrica for processing rare metals from Greenland, with an estimated investment of $1.85 billion. The project could generate annual revenues of $2.2 billion and is expected to break even in about two years. It aims to process 50% of the concentrate production from the Tanbreez mine, producing approximately 27,943 tons of rare earths and critical metals annually. The refinery in Romania will utilize advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, potentially transforming Romania into a key supplier of rare earths for Western markets.
