This move aims to penetrate the growing data center cooling systems sector. The acquisition will allow ebm-papst to access the U.S. capital market and enhance its strategic options. The company, which has operations in Romania, recently opened a new facility in Bihor, despite a decrease in employee numbers. Madison Air seeks to strengthen its position in Europe and broaden its technological portfolio.
