Amenzile CNA se dublează. Guvernul a aprobat actualizarea amenzilor din audiovizual, neindexate din 2009

The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) announced that the government approved the update of audiovisual fines, which have not been adjusted since 2009. The proposed changes aim to align fines with inflation, as prices have increased significantly since the last update. The new fine limits will range from 22,000 to 440,000 lei for certain violations, and from 11,000 to 220,000 lei for others. This update is in line with practices in the European Union and aims to maintain the deterrent effect of sanctions without restricting freedom of expression.
