Amenzi de 460.000 de lei pentru 'muncă la negru': 12 persoane, găsite fără contracte de inspectorii ITM Buzău

Labor inspectors imposed fines totaling 460,000 lei in July after discovering four employers hiring 12 individuals without legal contracts. The Buzau Territorial Labor Inspectorate conducted over 90 inspections to ensure compliance with labor laws. Fourteen employers were sanctioned, resulting in 19 penalties, including 15 fines and four warnings. A total of 345 corrective measures were mandated to address identified non-compliance issues. Additionally, 55 complaints were registered regarding labor rights violations, work hours, and undeclared work. The institution plans to intensify inspections across all sectors to ensure legal compliance.
