The ITM Alba has imposed fines totaling 17,000 lei on local companies for various labor law violations. Inspections conducted from September 14-18 revealed 81 deficiencies among 43 employers, leading to three fines of 11,000 lei. Key issues included improper record-keeping of work hours, unpaid overtime, and lack of required documentation for employees. Additionally, 20 deficiencies were noted in health and safety practices, resulting in 19 warnings and a 6,000 lei fine. Violations included missing medical fitness records and inadequate risk assessments.
