Amendă usturătoare pentru o firmă care colecta ilegal vehicule scoase din uz, fără autorizație de mediu

Environmental inspectors in Prahova fined a company 40,000 lei for collecting end-of-life vehicles without a proper environmental permit. The inspection, conducted with police representatives, revealed the company stored various waste materials, including vehicle parts and tires. According to the law, collecting components from decommissioned vehicles requires an environmental authorization. The National Environmental Guard imposed the fine and mandated the company to comply with legal requirements.
