Amendă de peste 10.000 de lei pentru o firmă din România: a scos din sărite un client contactat telefonic

Dormeo Home SRL has been fined again for violating GDPR regulations by continuing to contact customers who opted out of marketing. The National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) imposed a fine of 10,517 lei after an investigation revealed that the company ignored a customer's request to stop marketing communications. This is the second fine within a few months for the same issue, as the company had previously been penalized for similar violations. ANSPDCP has mandated the company to implement measures to respect customers' rights regarding data processing for marketing purposes.
