A group of Dutch students has developed Stella Juva, the world's first solar-powered ambulance, designed to provide medical care in remote areas. Unlike traditional ambulances, it delivers healthcare directly to communities lacking reliable electricity. The vehicle features high-efficiency solar cells and can store energy for medical equipment, making it suitable for challenging terrains. Solar Team Eindhoven plans to test Stella Juva in Kenya, simulating medical scenarios to assess its performance in real-world conditions.
