Russia denies allegations of sabotage related to the Carfil incident, claiming Romania has not provided evidence. The Russian embassy asserts that Ambassador Vladimir Lipaev rejected the accusations during a meeting with Romanian officials. Moscow also criticized Ukraine, suggesting it is responsible for maritime incidents in the Black Sea. Romanian authorities have linked three suspects to a sabotage network allegedly coordinated by Russia, with two arrested in Germany. The Romanian Intelligence Service claims this network aimed to undermine regional security.
