Many young applicants are willing to accept any job, even at lower pay, but still face challenges in securing employment. Recruitment experts note that the job market is stagnant, with a high number of applicants for each position, leading to frustration among candidates. The youth unemployment rate in Romania is around 30%, one of the highest in the EU.
