Alexandru Thury-Burileanu, aur mondial la AI și în „100 de tineri pentru dezvoltarea României”

Alexandru Thury-Burileanu, a Romanian student, won a gold medal at the International Artificial Intelligence Olympiad in Kazakhstan, ranking 19th globally. He was the highest-ranked Romanian among over 400 participants from more than 100 countries. This achievement follows years of significant results in various competitions, including medals in national and international events. Alexandru's passion for AI began in childhood, and he aims to study computer science and AI abroad, with plans to return to Romania to contribute to the field. He emphasizes the importance of responsible AI use to enhance human thinking rather than replace it.
