Meteorologists have issued a yellow alert for heavy rain and strong winds in several counties, with wind gusts reaching up to 70 km/h. The National Meteorological Administration warns of torrential downpours accumulating between 15 to 25 liters per square meter, along with thunderstorms and hail. The alert is in effect until 21:00 and affects areas in Bacău, Suceava, Neamț, and Iași counties.
