Residents in northern Tulcea County received a RO-Alert message warning of potential falling objects from the air. Authorities advised people to take shelter and stay away from windows, while ISU reported no emergency calls were made after the alert. The warning was issued for an estimated duration of 90 minutes, following similar incidents near the Ukrainian border. Previous alerts were triggered by radar detections of aerial targets and drones, but no unauthorized airspace breaches were confirmed.
