A young man stole a Cessna 172 aircraft from Kalocsa airfield and attempted to fly towards Hungary's nuclear power plant in Paks. Hungarian Air Force scrambled two Gripen fighter jets to intercept the unauthorized flight. The aircraft was detected shortly after takeoff, leading to a rapid response. The flight ended with an emergency landing in a nearby field, resulting in damage to the aircraft. Authorities, including police and rescue teams, initiated an investigation into the incident.
