An air alert was issued in Tulcea, Romania, following the detection of drones near the Ukrainian border. Spanish F-18s were deployed to monitor the situation. The Romanian Ministry of Defense confirmed no drones entered Romanian airspace. The alert coincided with increased drone activity reported by Ukraine, particularly near Odesa. Similar alerts were also issued in Botoșani, where Romanian F-16s were dispatched after radar detected an aerial target crossing into national airspace.
