Authorities in Tulcea issued RO-Alert messages after detecting aerial targets near the Romanian border. On September 15, radar systems identified a target 35 km north of Chilia and two drones 30 km north of Periprava. Romanian F-16s were deployed for monitoring, and alerts were sent to the local population. No breaches of national airspace were reported, and the alert was lifted by 5:18 AM.
