Authorities issued a RO-Alert in four Moldovan counties due to an unidentified drone detected near Roman. Two F-18 fighter jets were deployed for monitoring. The alert warned residents of potential drone debris and advised them to seek shelter. Flights at Iași Airport were temporarily suspended as a precaution. This is the first alert of its kind for residents in Vaslui and Iași, following a previous drone incident in the region.
