Seven individuals were detained for 24 hours and three others placed under judicial control in a case involving electoral document forgery during the May 4, 2025 presidential elections in Giurgiu County. Police executed ten warrants in Giurgiu, Ilfov, and Teleorman, targeting those involved in the investigation. Allegations include falsifying signatures and falsely certifying voter attendance.
