Alegeri parlamentare în Rusia. Vladimir Putin a votat online

Russian President Vladimir Putin voted online in the parliamentary elections, which are the first since the Ukraine invasion began. Over 111 million are eligible to vote, with electronic voting introduced to boost turnout. The Central Election Commission reported about 30% voter participation by Friday evening. Putin emphasized that the elections reflect support for Russian soldiers and national unity. The ruling party, United Russia, is expected to maintain its dominance, while the anti-war opposition is largely absent. For the first time, residents from four annexed Ukrainian regions can vote, despite incomplete control over these areas.
